HUMAN RIGHTS ARE UNIVERSAL, INDIVISIBLE AND INTERDEPENDENT

All human rights are equally important, and all governments must treat human rights in a fair and equal fashion, on the same basis and with the same emphasis. All states take a duty, regardless of their political, economic and cultural systems, to promote and protect all human rights for everyone without discrimination.

And so no thing what distinctions people take, there is ane basic principle that underlies all the rights outlined in the UDHR: that every human existence has the same inalienable rights. This means human rights are the same for every man, woman and kid across the earth, no matter what their circumstances.

There can be no stardom of any kind: including race, color, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity, linguistic communication, religion, political or any other stance, national or social origin, of fortune, of nascency or whatever other situation. Universal means everyone, everywhere.

The UDHR also shows us that human rights are interdependent and indivisible. All of the thirty articles in the Proclamation are equally important. Nobody tin determine that some are more important than others. Taking away one right has a negative impact on all the other rights.

HOW DOES Immunity FIGHT FOR THE RIGHTS IN THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF Human being RIGHTS?

The UDHR is the foundation stone of the rights that Amnesty, and its seven-million stiff power base, fight for day in, mean solar day out. More than than fifty years since we started, we keep to take action and campaign for justice, liberty, truth and dignity wherever it has been denied.

We do this by investigating and exposing homo rights abuses wherever they happen. By galvanising our global movement, we smooth a light where individuals are at risk and provide data to future generations so that the progressive fulfilment of human being rights make information technology a reality for all.
